You are losing leads.
We find where.

You get quote requests, form fills, DMs, and calls. Some reply fast. Some go quiet. Some disappear entirely. We map every lead channel, find the gaps, and give you a fix list. No dashboard. No login. Just what is broken and what to do next.

Who Built This

I
Ian, implementation lead. Singapore

I'm Ian. I build automation systems for a living. Before this, I built multi-agent AI infrastructure. Systems where if something drops a message, someone loses money.

I started Lead Follow-Up Rescue after watching too many service businesses pay for ads, get inquiries, and then let them die in a WhatsApp thread or an unread inbox.

The pattern is always the same. Lead comes in. Nobody owns the follow-up. Lead goes cold. Business pays for the next batch of ads.

This is not a SaaS company. There is no platform to log into. I install a system using Google Sheets and Gmail. Tools you already pay for. You own the spreadsheet. You own the templates. If you want to change something next month, you open the sheet and change it.

I do not take a cut of your leads. I do not lock you into a subscription. The Care Plan is optional. If you cancel it, your system keeps running.

Every system I install has been tested on real lead flows. The follow-up rules work because they are simple. Reply fast. Track who replied. Follow up when it goes quiet. Record why you won or lost.

That is the whole thing.

If It Does Not Work, You Do Not Pay

Three guarantees. No fine print.

The Audit Guarantee

If the Lost Lead Audit does not find at least three follow-up gaps you can fix this week, you do not pay. I will tell you that directly and close the audit. Some businesses have tight follow-up already. If that is you, I say so.

The Setup Guarantee

If you buy the Starter or Full-Service package and the system does not work as described after two revision rounds, I refund everything. You keep the sheet. You keep the templates. You walk away with something useful either way.

The Care Plan

Monthly. Cancel anytime. No lock-in. Your system keeps working after you cancel. The Care Plan is for ongoing tweaks and support. It is not a leash.

Why offer this? Because a system that does not work costs me more than a refund. It costs reputation. And this business runs on word of mouth.

Questions People Ask Before Booking

What is the catch?

No catch. No platform. No per-seat pricing. No contract.

The system is a Google Sheet connected to your Gmail. You already own both. I install the automation and hand you the keys. The only recurring cost is the Care Plan at $99/mo. That is optional. Cancel anytime.

Why not just Google a template and do it myself?

You can. There are good templates out there.

What you will not get from a template: someone who has set this up for enough businesses to know where the follow-up gaps actually are. Templates give you columns. They do not tell you that your contact form sends leads to an inbox nobody checks, or that your missed-call rate on weekends is 40 percent higher than weekdays.

The audit finds those gaps. The setup fixes them.

How is this different from a CRM?

CRMs are platforms you learn. This is a system you own.

No logins for your team. No per-seat pricing. No feature bloat. No migration project.

If you already use a CRM and no leads fall through, you do not need this. I tell people that directly. This is for businesses where the CRM is overkill or the current system is a mess of spreadsheets, DMs, and memory.

Who is this actually for?

Service businesses where the owner or a small team handles leads directly.

Good fit: contractors, cleaners, med spas, home services, consultants, tutors, coaches, event vendors, local clinics. Businesses getting 5 to 50 leads a week across two or more channels.

Not a fit: businesses wanting bulk cold email, regulated advice, guaranteed sales, or a full CRM migration before paying anything.

How long does setup take?

Three business days from intake to handoff. Day one: I build the first version. Day two: you test with sample leads and I adjust. Day three: handoff call and final checklist.

What do I need to provide?

Your website, current lead sources, follow-up stages, preferred email tone, and who should get the daily reminders. Temporary Sheet and Script access during setup. That is it.

Can you integrate with my website form?

Yes. Website form integration is available as an add-on. So are Zapier/Make connections, missed-call text-back flows, and review-request automation after completed jobs.

Free Lead Audit (First 5 Businesses)

I am offering five free Lost Lead Audits to the first five businesses that ask.

Here is why.

This business is new. I have built the system. I have tested it on real lead flows. What I do not have yet is a portfolio of Singapore-specific case studies.

The free audit is the same as the paid one. You send me your lead sources and current follow-up process. I map every channel, find the gaps, and give you a prioritized fix list. No obligation. No pitch at the end unless you ask.

If your follow-up is already tight, I tell you that. If there are gaps, you get a fix list you can hand to whoever manages your leads. You do not need to buy anything for the fixes to be useful.

What I get: real examples I can reference later. Permission to describe the gap patterns. No names without consent.

Five slots. First come, first served.

What A Lost Lead Audit Looks Like

Client: Demo Contractor SG

Website: example-contractor.sg

Prepared by: Lead Follow-Up Rescue

Lead Sources Reviewed

Source Observed Flow Risk Notes
Website form Form submits to info@ inbox. No auto-reply. No assignment. HIGH Inquiries sit unacknowledged until someone checks email.
Phone / WhatsApp Calls ring to owner's mobile. Missed calls not logged. HIGH No callback owner. No record a call happened.
Facebook DMs Owner checks when they remember. MEDIUM One inquiry sat 11 days before reply.

Biggest Follow-Up Risk

Website form submissions go to a shared inbox nobody owns. In a test week, three of five inquiries had no reply within 48 hours. One had no reply at all.

Top 3 Fixes

  1. Auto-reply on form submission confirming receipt and setting expectation ("We reply within 4 hours during business days").
  2. Assign one person as lead owner. All form notifications route to them.
  3. Simple Google Sheet tracker with columns: lead name, source, service needed, status, last contacted, next follow-up.

Recommended Next Step

Starter Setup ($249). The core problem is ownership and tracking, not volume. A tracker sheet with daily reminders and follow-up templates solves the main gap.

You run a service business in Singapore: contractor, cleaner, med spa, tutor, consultant, home service. You have a website. Google Ads. WhatsApp. Instagram DMs. Email.

Leads come in through four or five channels. Follow-up is whoever remembers. Some of those leads would have hired you. They never got a reply.
